As you know the weather in Cincinnati is about as predictable as a teenagers mood. With this being said with the recent rise in temperature it may have caught you off guard and unready to open your pool. However, I would suggest opening as rapidly as possible to prevent potential problems. With the rising temperatures and sunshine this will heat the water up, and allow algae growth at a rapid rate. In order to prevent this open the pool and get it up and circulating and chemicals into the system. By not doing this you will have a significantly higher amount of work to do in order to clear the water. I also recommend bringing a water sample in, to have it tested  and balanced.
